Hi guys I got this function generator from a friend of mine, and everything works fine except the output level of the signal. The maximum voltage i can get on the output is just 3V . Does someone have a circuit or any information about this device, because I wasn't able to find anything . Cheers Huben
Hi Bjorn yes i saw this one, but the circuit doesn't have anything in common with my generator. The one from the PDF is based around MAX038, but mine doesn't have such an IC. It has some "205CN"IC ( in the lower right corner you can see it on the picture) for which i can't find a description either
For thet reason I am looking for a schematic or some kind of information. A litle more information - the output amplifier (MC1558) is powered by + / - 9V. Cheers Huben

Just because an OP amp is fed +/- 9Vp-p does not mean that it has to output 9Vp-p. You got yourself a very nice test equipment. Does it come with a cabinet?
