Hi all.
Like many Ipod Touch owners, I am having this g**dam $20 update forced down my throat as a ransom. If I don't it denies me access to Itunes update unless I am offline.

Am I within my legal rights to return this device as "Unfit for purchase" under the Sales of Goods Act?

This is worse than Microsoft suddenly charging users for security updates. Not only do you have to pay for the update, it also breaks previously working functionality (such as permanently disabling the ability to access the device outside of Itunes).

Please advise.
