I seen this a while ago, interesting concept, but just how don't the magnets flip over? It doesn't seem to be touching any solid bearings in the video, and it seems to levitate well without any spin. What's happening?

the magnets make it stay up, thats why it wobbles.

It is not very difficult to make it yourself, I made one a few years ago using magnets from old headphones. It pays to make a sturdy design from the start because magnets seems to have a will of their own and it usually involves disintegrating the whole structure.

A nice illustration of Ernshaw's theorem, but you have to pull a few magnetrons apart to get enough disc magnets to make one of your own.

If you move the rotor point back away from contact with the mirror or piece of glass that all of these models have, then you can find a point of unstable equilibrium. If it has been built carefully, then it needs to fall axially only a gnat's to rest on the glass, so the point touches it with very little force.

There's no need for this to spin to levitate, but as there's vanishingly little friction with the point/glass contact, and the rod and magnets can be made cylindrically symmetric, then you might as well spin it for further effect. I had a levitating pen toy, and stuck sticky-tape turbine blades round the pen shaft. It could get up to astonishingly high speeds when blown with a straw.
