Hi everyone

I have one question

Which induction heater is more powerfull ZVS or the LCLR?
and Which heater is more reliable so i can heat a 4cm diameter and 1cm thickness tube fast?

You can get more power using halfbridge and LCLR tank circuit.

I cant say much about reliability, it depends on how you do it. Both can be reliable if circuit is well done. How fast do you want it to heat the workpiece and for which temperature?

Oh well, you need huge amounts of heating power. Lets say at least 5-10kW. And it has to be LC parallel resonant circuit and half- or fullbridge inverter.

It might be tricky project if you have no experience about solidstate inverters..

I made a half bridge with the circuit below at the end. This circuit works on at 50KHz

I didnt like the 80 turn work coil i wanted something smaller like 6 turns but i coudnt tune it and it was a very slow heater at the end

You can make powerful 50kHz heater using LCLR tank circuit.
5..10turn workcoil out of thick coppertubing and highcurrent polypropylene capacitor bank about 5..10µF. Or maybe you should buy one real inductionheater capacitor like celem or similar.

thank you toni
how mutch you estimate the matching inductor will be?

Zmatch inductor matches the impedance of tankcircuit to the inverter. Less inductane->more current will be drawn. Anyway, Zmatch has usually bigger inductance compared to the workcoil.
Like, if workcoil has inductance of 0.5µH, Zmatch inductor might be around 5...20µH. But it all depends on chosen frequency, tank impedance, wanted power output.
And as a DIY project, adjustable Zmatch coil is recommended. If aircore is used, then several tappingpoints will do the job just fine. And if ferritecored, inductance can be varied by adding or removing airgap of ferritecores.
