power suply interupting :)

I can't find UCC chip, so i decided to interupt power suply, is it same as GDT interupting ? neutral

Supposedly it will introduce much more delay as the gate driver chip requires some time to turn itself on when power is applied. The UCC enable pin is made specifically to stop and start the gate drive without having to turn the entire chip off.

If you have a continuous oscillator driving your gate drive transformers and FETs, but switch your power rails, it will still provide the function of reducing the average power supplied (and therefore not blowing your bridge to bits). Ultra modern amplifier designs incorporate multi-rail switching to increase efficiency to above 95%. Driver wise, it seems less complicated to do it this way and I am surprised people have not done it before.
Conclusion : it should work just fine. Even better if you can re-apply power on zero crossings to avoid glitching. I'll let you figure out how to achieve that.
