Hi all, I have made a new flyback driver here and I can get 10mA (aprox) output with that.
There is a photo here of the sparks:

and here is a video:
Youtube Video

I decided to share the schematics on my site:
EnergyLabs Fbackdrv (In Portuguese, I am brazillian)
When the site is portuguese, I will write here the detais of the schematics:
Here is the schematic:
Link2

There is somethings there need to have attention:
-> The Low Side (Oscilator) needs to have 12V at the supply.
-> The Oscilator oscilates from 19kHz to a few mHz, but the flyback doesnt work at some mHz. You need to start it from 19kHz to see if its working, and after that increasing the frequency (with POT) to see where is the better frequencie (See where the spark get bigger)
-> I used the IRF540, but Its HIGH UNRECOMENDED for use at the voltage I use (60V), it get too hot and I dont know how much time it will be alive. I only get it turned on for a few secs (10s max). For 60V I recommend use of another mosfet, like IRFP260 (It will take a good care of that circuit). The IRF540 can be used safety until 24V with a good heatsink, but you will not get Orange Sparks (High Current Output) with 24V.
-> The 0.47R 10W resistor it for current limiting purpose, because there are to low turns on the flyback primary (I have made with 6 turns arround the ferrite core) the current that will flow through the mosfet it will be too high. With that resistor, at 60V I have tested, the current it 8A peak.
-> As I think, much people here knows what is the Capacitor and the Diode on the output of the Flyback, but for those who doesnt know, much flybacks its a retified output transformer. That means the output will be at DC not AC. The diode its connected directly on the output of the flyback and the wire that goes off the flyback on the top side it will be retified (if the flyback have internal diode), one side of the HV Cap its connected too, but the other side not. And you can opt if you want to use the internal cap or not.
If you want to use:
See that pins on back of the flyback? There are to special pins there, One its the negative output of the flyback other its the negative side of the capacitor. You need to put it together. How do I know what pin it is? Simple, turn the flyback on, and you will se sparks through 2 pins, that is the 2 pins you will need to put it together.
If you dont want to use it:
Isolate the negative pin of the capacitor.

That is! Sorry for the english :P As I say, I am brazillian, and I didnt make any school of english here, I learned all over the internet.

I think this driver can be used to make a tesla coil, the current on output its enough to charge few nanofarads of capacitor.

Soon I will make a better circuit, perphaps with a GDT to Isolate the two sides, I dont know if its needed.

And soon I will make a ZVS Flyback Driver too :P
