After I build my own 3phase generator I will need to connect it to a mover. Since I have 80' oak trees that I am not cutting down there will be low wind and turbulence. I think if I am going to do anything it will have to be a vertical axis design.
I have seen multiple vertical axis designs on YouTube. Does anyone have any knowledge if one design is better than another for converting wind energy into rotational motion?
Thanks?
