Hi all Can anyone tell me any theory or how to convert this work coil of 80 turns ~80uh to a new work coil lets say for example a six turn cooper tube coil? I know that the lclr sollution is the best but what is the value of matching coil and matching capacitor? This circuit works on ~300V at 50KHz

The capacitor is sized to resonate with the work coil. So say you used 8 turns and got a 1.5µH work coil, the capacitor should be 6µF to resonate at 50 kHz. Assuming you want to run it in LCLR resonant mode, you'll need a matching inductor too, which I don't know how you calculate the size of either. It seems to be a matter of trail and error. From what I've gathered a larger inductor will limit power, so start with 150µH and lower the inductance until you reach the desired power level. A gapped ferrite or air core was ideal IIRC.
Personally I had little success with the LCLR topology, my matching inductor would get hot instead of the work piece. So I just used a matching transformer and series resonance, it worked fine. Impedance matching for induction heaters had been up before, just check this thread.
