Hi, I'm in the process of fixing a blown 3phase motor controller. I was told that it overheated, and blew. Upon opening it, I found two dead ISO227 mosfets PN#DE509 TE125N20E. I was hoping to find replacement parts for them but no luck there, not even a datasheet.
From the part number it looks like a 200V 125A mosfet, any input guys?

The part number does indeed suggest a 200V 125A MOSFET. If you can find any kind of N-channel MOSFET with equal or greater ratings in an ISO227 package, you're pretty much there :P It's probably not majorly important to get exactly the right part.
If you were feeling really adventurous, you could maybe even replace them with the SOT-227 fast IGBTs we all use in our Tesla coils.
It used to be Motorola's MTE125N20E. It was sent to FreeScale semiconductor in 1999. It ended up at On-semiconductor never to be heard from again... An old and obsolete part...
Like an ancient scroll, its data sheet still exists here...
Nothing too special about it but it does have an anti-parallel diode and low RDSon. Almost any similar modern MOSFET in that package will replace it. I would start with the cheapest one in that package.
