Simple capacitor banks

Im a newbie to all of this,so forgive my stupid mistakes,and simple designs.
Ive currently built a 720uF 330V Capacitor bank.

I have the parts to build a 920uF 200v bank,
or I could build a 33200uF 6.3v bank.

Which would be more powerful?Im looking for a high powered pulse.Ive seen large soupcan sized 9v capacitors do quite a bit of damage into a screwdriver,so thats why the 6.3v bank is a choice.

Again,sorry for the simplicity and overall stupidity of this request.

90% of the time, you would be better off with the 200v bank.

The equation to work out the energy stored in you capacitor bank is

energy (Joules) = 0.5 * capacitance (Farads) * voltage * voltage

You can then work out which bank has the most energy.

Other factors come into it like ESR of the caps, and it also depends on your application (coilgun, etc.). At 6.3V, the resistance of your connecting wired becomes very significant, at 200V less so.
