I bought this tube at a local swap meet and I don't know what any of the ratings are. I think it may be a diode because there are 3 wires. 2 of them going to the base of the dome and one going to the dome itself. On one of the leads the glass is cracked but it didn't break any seals.

I think it may be a gasfilled voltage regulator tube.

Ok, so I know that is gas filled but I don't know what gas it is. It looks like it is the same gas in a 0D3. It might be a full wave gas filled rectifier. The place the glass broke was supposed to be there to insulate the 2 leads from the wires to the dome. About the gases in the different tubes I know that a 0A3 is neon. I don't know of the others.
