As many know CH_R is the best crafter of plexi glass on the forums,(there may be others but I haven't seen many) and after seeing his use of LED's embeded into the glass, as well as doing it to some exstent with my TC project I decided to try some of the other LED's I had sitting around and find out the subsequnt colors and effects the had when lighting plexi glass.
Here is Plexi glass with 1 UV LED implanted.
Here is a Red LED.
Heres (My favorite) a Blue LED.
Lastly a Green LED.
Each LED is a clear lens ~10,000MCD brightness. Also I was just using a 1k resistor and a 9v cell.

I was more concerned about over powering it, plus 1k was the resistor I had on hand, besides all the LED's where used with gator clamps, for quick way to connect them to the power source and be able to interchange each 1 pretty quickly, especially considering all my LED's got mixed up and are in 1 pile, and since they all have clear lenss...I have no way of telling what color each LED will produce untill I power it.
