Ok, I have been trying to figure these out for months.... On the off chance that someone here has seen, used, - heck, even designed the thing - I'm turning to you all for some expertise.
I have over 500, maybe as many as 3000 of these, in a mystery storage unit I bought out a few months ago.

The Windbond chip is a 12ns 128k CMOS memory chip.
That's the only thing I've been able to find out.
The PCB is marked KUO_04719B - no hits on teh google. There is the sub-module marked TT005 - again with teh google - nothing of any use.
If no one can jump in with the answer I'd be happy to make them available to anyone who would like to fidget with them and see what they are - just let me know if you find out. If they're worth anything I'll hook you up nice :)
