I think it's funny that the use of CS is illegal since it's a "chemical warfare agent" You have to wait until lethal force is required. I'm a proponent to less than lethal weapons, the only drawback is that saving a life is not really worth it until we can get some better technology than standard ball ammunition and explosives.
