Is it possible to play white noise on a drsstc?

I was thinking about the fact that the constraints that apply to early chiptune music are very similar to the constraints that apply to musical tesla coils. Namely, limited polyphony, and limited waveform types.
If I could play white noise as well as normal notes maybe I could make some chiptune style drum sounds on my tesla coil (I actually just have an sstc but I'm using a drsstc interupter).
Does anyone know of a way to do this?

DRSSTCs produce bangs, i.e. sound spikes of the duration of a burst, typically around 100us length. Polyphony is possible by logically or-ing the trigger pulses of different notes. Care must be taken then due to the minimal spacing between trigger pulses in order not to confuse the electronics or overloading the coil.
White noise is polyphonic, so the above limitations apply. You need a random generator with a limit on too close spacings. Perhaps a white noise source with a bandwith limit connected to a threshold detector and some holdoff logic to prevent too close trigger spacings.
