I see many people posting the H-Bridge Output traces in their build logs
No one really discusses how they've done it
Could anyone here please enlighten me on how am I supposed to take voltage and current measurements on an oscilloscope??

Use a high frequency current monitor/transformer for the primary current and a differential probe for the inverter output voltage.
