Do you have any interest in having them peer reviewed?

Honestly for someone outside of the academic community your best bet is to put them on the arxiv Link2 They will be readily accessible for all to view (much more accessible than researchgate), and will save you a huge amount of money as opposed to trying to put it up in a peer reviewed journal. May as well set up a google scholar account for yourself as well and link them on to that.

Oh suprised Well if thats all then.. hmmh.
To be honest, without judging the ideas i dont think thats enough. If there was a publishing site where everyone could just have ideas without any further research, theoretical analysis, practical demonstation and a usefull conclusion then you wouldnt read the "papers" ther yourself. There is no knowledge presented, nor related sources mentioned or anything to learn for the reader.
I think your best bet in that case is to go to the Tor-Network and look for a site thats concentrated in conspiracy theories. They love suggestions without any further information. Actually the more vague it gets the higher the hype. wink
The other chance i see is to just upload it into a forum and discuss it there. Buts basically there is currently not much (like scientific methos or procedures) to discuss. All people can say is that they "believe" the "paper" or not. If thats what you want.. go for it smile

Concerning your paper on "Small Brain Advantage"

you wrote "It is though that brain size correlates with intelligence."

You mean to say "It is thought that brain size correlates with intelligence."

It is no longer that easy to publish in arxiv... You may be required to be endorsed by an existing author to get your paper published. Also, they do not accept "abstract only" submissions.
