What could cause my low side mosfet to get hot if my signal is perfect and in phase?
I've tried adjusting the timing but it just does not make any difference.

you need to give more details like a schematic and some pictures

This is the signal of low side mosfet and the sine wave is my tank signal which is the feedback to my pll.

I do not like d5 d6 in your schematic this is taking 5.1 volts off your gate drive . Also there is no load on the gates so the gate capacitance will make the gate slow to switch off =heat.
Check other circuit sources especially data sheets for your driver ic's for the correct gate drive circuitry

I did try and remove d5 and d6, but it makes no difference, they actually work good because it gives me timing delay.
I don't understand what you mean by not having load on the gate?
Do I need to add something extra on the gates?

I would expect 10K or lower to local earth (ie source) from gate to stop it floating around due to dVdt and the internal capacitance of the switching device

Connected a 5k, now switches heat up more evenly.
Are my switches suppose to heat up? Or could this also be a sign that my ferrite core is saturated? I have a large u core OP49925UC.
When I go past currie point my switches heat up aggressively and blow up. Should I move to larger switches or could it be my core and is there a way to test for core saturation?

Where have you placed the 5K resistors ?

The only resistors you should have in the gate circuit is the 3.3 Ohm ones in the diagram .

I placed it on the gate and Source in parallel. Is this wrong?
