I'm trying to make a arc with a NST and blow the charged ions past plates, they will build up charge, type of like a AC-DC voltage multiplier or a winhusrt machine or other static machines, and then connect the modules together to do some high voltage experiments The thing should make 200volt*300plates =60kv min(the arc distance of 0.5mm will set a max voltage) from 15kv, the below picture is the general layout.
