I have 5 1000uf 450v capacitors that will all be connected in a bank (will be used for rail gun project). How will I charge them to exactly 450v?

1 - trafo 120/320 + rectifier (LINE=120V)
OR
2 - trafo 120/220 + rectifier ( LINE = 110V, trafo @ autotrafo connection)
