Recently came across this and I'm wondering what type of power supply would be needed for it. Seller says he used low voltage/ current to test. Thanks.

this is a beryllium window tube (probably intended for mammography), it can be used at low voltages (10kV or even less!) but unfortunately it cannot be used at high voltages (the maximum is usually 50kV), focal spots are usually small.

As any other rotating anode tube, the current is fully adjustable by varying the filament voltage from few microamps to many hundreds of milliamps.

Due to small focal spots and low accellerating voltage, this tube is perfect to make radiograms of small subject (you can see the bone structure of an insect) but is not suitable for thicker or denser subjects.

It's almost certainly a mammography tube as Fabio says. Typical focal spot size for these tubes is 300µm for the big focal spot and 100µm for the fine one. Max voltage is typically 39kV. These tubes can be operated at low currents without rotating the anode. As is usual with beryllium window tubes, they produce copious amounts of soft x-rays even at low anode voltages, so special precautions apply to avoid skin x-ray burns, in addition to the typical dangers posed by ionizing radiation. The tube has been relisted at 249 dollars, this is still a bit expensive in my opinion, especially considering that it comes without the housing and the stator for the rotating anode.
