Yeah, hence why nobody uses the TL068 any more.
The only thing that sets it apart from a regular op-amp is that the negative power supply pin is also the output pin. You might be able to find an op-amp whose input and output common-mode ranges both included the negative supply, and wire it like the TL068, but it would be better to just find a separate negative supply elsewhere in the circuit.
