This is rev 2 of my plasma tweeter. I high side modulated the ZVS driver with a class A amplifier and everything runs nice and cool. Other than staining the stand I'm not sure where to go from here. Let me know if you have any interesting ideas on how to expand this project.

Very Nice , So the audio is injected into to ZVS driver itself , with the class A amp modulating the + rail ?
I used a mosfet on my ZVS driver to modulate the + bus direct with my ipod , Not a clean sounding as yours though

Yup, the power goes through the class A amp and then into the ZVS driver. I bought a matched pair of MJ15024's and run them in parallel to reduce heating. The fan is a must but with it I can run the unit for several hours without any issue. The sound is crystal clear unless a song has a ton of bass and then the sound will get a little distorted. I've been reducing the bass with a equalizer but before I call this project done I will include a high pass filter to help minimize this issue.
