Capacitor Question

I was looking over the datasheets of some caps for a project, and I don't quite understand something.

The datasheet say ""Ko" represents the maximum permissible pulse characteristic of the waveform applied to the
capacitor, expressed in V2/µs."

The Ko value of my the cap I'm looking at is 100,000. I was wondering what this means exactly. I tried finding something on Google, but I didn't get too much useful information.

I think this represents the heating effects of the current, so when you charge it to twice the voltage, the current pulse will be 2 times higher so will produce 4 times more heating (so why the V^2).
I think the number can't tell you anything to imagine, it is like the I2t rating. You can try calculating the value for some pulse which you think is "normal"...
