Hi, does anyone know what is the required minimum Q of the Royer or "zvs" (current fed parallel resonant) oscillator for proper operation? I would guess that the Q need to be higher than pi, but I have no calculations to support this... Does anyone know?

can't remember the math or the source but I remember Q=2.3 minimum required.
