i have never used a brick before, and i might use on or two for my new ih. how can i know how fast can i switch them zcs or zvs? the brick i would use would be the MG200Q2YS40 from toshiba. its not something that i would put my money on for a drsstc switching 600+ amps, but for a lclr induction heater never switching more than a few tens of amps it should bull through with minimal heating. using the (rise+fall+tondelay+toffdelay)*10 rule, the max frequency is ~58khz, and i need to switch at 60khz resonance, and higher to detune.

With resonant swtiching the IGBTs will take (much) more frequency, your IGBTs will run perfectly fine at 60 kHz with ZCS.
