It looks good, and I agree with destroyer of mosfets in the case that you are building an inverter. If not, whatever. One thing I have found with all these smps ic's is that they need lots of decoupling and noise reduction on all the pins, so get out the pile of .1u's!

I found that out recently when it took me 4 hours of trouble shooting just to find out I needed an extra cap on one of the error amps
