hello,

do i need some modifications for running ZVS with IGBTs, powered by 60-80V (i will rewind my MOT), and on high frequency (1MHz) ?

This IGBTs look OK , and they are quite cheap ($3) and fast enough to do the job.

probably more powerful zeners on higher voltage, better cap, but should i change resistors or choke coil?

There is possibly no way you can get this circuit running at 1 MHz, even more so with IGBTs.

i ran my ZVS induction heater on 7MHz with IRFP250N...

1MHz will be used for powering tesla coil (why not hm? :D )and other air-core stuff, DSTs will run on lower f...

if i am correct, the FETs in the inductionheater didnt acctualy go at 7MHZ, they caused a "ringing?" between L and C that is 7 Mhz

im probibly wrong tho ^^

Maybe he measured the frequency with a multimeter, which "counted" the ringing too.
