This is a active clamp flyback converter me and my classmate now working on.We know that theoretically spike can be eliminated by achieving ZVS.But now we still have this spike problem.We tried to increase the capacitance of clamping capacitor of but this didn't help at all.

The input voltage is 24V and output is 350V.We hope to achieve 125Watt output power and 95%+ efficiency.
