Uh I have a 3 bank boat battery charger (Minn Kota MK 330) that got wet and won't turn on so I figured an internal fuse blew. I took out the screws to the front and back panel and pryed the metal off but I was confronted with what looks like concrete. Now what?

Sorry, cant resist.
You could test it in deep river to see if it floats.

The device cost is worth less than removing epoxy potting compound and repair.
Try opening the other side to see if it is a solid cast...
Please drop it in the aluminum pile at the recyclers rather then some poor fishes' home...

Haha will do. Might cut it open with a sawzall or similar cutting device to see if I can at least get at the transformer. The other side is also solid cast
