I want to try some extremely dangerous experiments // :D //, but for that, i need a small 8-10kV 500uA AC supply... It must be small, as small as whole flyback transformer, any ideas how to build it? or where to get a supply like this? :/

AC? you can try a transformer out of a photocopier. On the circuit board, there is usually a DC and an AC transformer, while the AC one runs at a few hundred Hertz.
