I was thinking about getting some of these diodes from OT Electronics:

But the Vfm spec of 80V is higher than I expected (and it unfortunately doesn't say at what current it's measured at) , and the IFSM of 20 A is lower than I expected.
So I did a little searching and found this spec sheet (apparently on the web site of a Chinese manufacturer):

The specs on this page show values for Vfm and IFSM of 48 V and 30 A, respectively, which sounds more reasonable to me.
I'm wondering, how could the same part number diode - 2CLG40KV/1A (or .../1.0A) - have two different sets of specifications? Could one of them just be a "misprint", or could manufacturers be playing fast and loose with the specs. here? Does anyone have any ideas about this?

The first one is labeled as "maximum" forward voltage drop and the second just seems to be the voltage drop. So it could be that the second one is reporting the average value.
