any help would be greatly appreaciated.

LiPo balance connector.

lenght from large flat to flat is 0.420 inches.
width from flat to flat (w/o allign tabs) = 0.160
hieght from mating face to wire tail is 0.305
pin sqaure holes are 0.039 inches wide, and 0.096 on center.

i dont know if that last one means its metric, with 0.039 being 1mm.

Google image search for "battery 4 pin connector" found multiple references to JST-XH connectors for LiPo battery packs, I think that's the one.

Most LiPol chargers come with an adapter board that plugs into a proprietary socket.

The adapter boards usually have several sockets to monitor/balance various battery cell counts, chemistry, and internal wiring configurations. Therefore, if you get the adapter wiring wrong (even if it looks compatible) the battery could unbalance and or fail.

Most people adopt a popular vendor brand, and convert new parts to match as needed. However, due to cell stress it is still wise to run these LiPol chargers in a metal toolbox or on a clean concrete floor.

Cheers,
