I built this circuit

I watched a video here

1:35 shows the spark

Mine is like half a millimeter (Very very small)

Same parts and every thing, whats up?

Tried reversing the connections between your transformer and multiplier? :P

its ac coming out of the audio trans. i dont think it matters.

tried it, did work.

I got some nice blue sparks when i protyped it but now where very small
