Hi, i have problem with current transformer design (i know i do something wrong), so i have finished my h-bridge inverter (power part, PWM gen, and protections and automation unit with over current, over temperature protection, soft start, Pre charge unit).
And now i have complete two 1:30 Ct`s, with the one i will measure the current of inverter output (it shut be ok!? range 0.5-40Amps freq 30-500khz, but the other for input supply for 50Hz this transformer give me some crazy measuring data... in milivolts, the load 100ohm resistor and the half sin wave rectifier are identical a 1N4007 diode.... for example if load is 1.5A the voltage drop on the diode must be 6v... but my trafo give out some milivolts
The ferite cores ar identical and very good Link2
Magnetic wire are 0.3 mm

To make a 50Hz CT with one of these cores, you'll need thousands of turns, not 30. Because of the small core area, they can't support more than a few millivolts per turn at 50Hz.

You need a lower burden resistance, or a bigger core, or more turns.

Thanks for help :)
Maybe you can me give some formulas for low frequency CT design? (for chose the core, calculate the windings and the magnet wire thickness)

One of my problem solution cud be is this wonderful Part ACS758... [10-15 euro in my local shop + ordering price...]
have some used this chip??? ho the results are?
