Hi all. Any ideas what the heck went wrong here?
Went to use the machine and water gushed out Upon examining the drum, it has a huge dent protruding into the washing space, and the whole side is distorted. The drum still spins but drags around 1/3 of its rotation as if something is stuck between the two sections.
Can't say I've ever seen this happen before, ideas?

It might have a badly balanced load and the vibrations during the spin cycle snapped something which caused the drum to smash into the side.
