Is this a photomultiplier?How can I use it?What might be its original use?I found this on a local auction website and I cannot find any part number on the tube.

It looks to be a box-and-screen type PMT. From what I can see in your pictures, it doesn't appear to have many dynodes - the hemi-cylindrical backs of which I think we can see in your picture number 3.
As for the use of such a tube, fluorometry perhaps?
I would have expected a box and grid PMT to take up more space. This looks an extremely compact tube.
Things that will help. Measure the diameter of the top. In mm please. Carefully count the number of pins as well as any missing ones. This will tell us the number of connections and the base type. On the ring around the middle there seems to be some markings, see the last pic, something like RE??66.
Turns out what I thought was linear focused is actually circular cage. I'd guess something like a Hamamatsu R2066, but it is a guess.

I can see RC2066 inside the tube,but I cannot find any datasheet.

I have also two photomultiplier tubes. Bigger one is FERNSEH VFS1050M.. still wondering if I can find any use for it. Can't find any info about it tho.. it has 14 pins anyway.
