Seems that the problem now will be safely encapsulating the material against moisture, and increasing the
useable fraction.

This would go a long way towards building a handheld MRI scanner.

One idea I would like to see someone try is forced electromigration while annealing.
This should cause the heavier ions to move faster than the lighter ones, so the useable fraction should go up.
Inspiration for this came from reading about the conductivity of glass going up with increasing temperature.

Another worthwhile idea:- Pulse HV through the material in one direction only while annealing, to cause an amorphous to crystalline transistion similar to the one used in optical disks.

Also worth trying:- Apply RF heating to the material with simultaneous DC bias, while ramping down the temperature.

Interesting idea:- Replace thallium with bismuth leaving all the other components intact.
Won't work at room temperature but might be more hobbyist friendly if it superconducts at anywhere near the current formula.

you might be right to question this source, i dont see any other sourceds talking about this. well see if other scan duplicate theryre results.

Just looking at the four point measuring loop makes me wonder
about the interface between the pellet and the probe, What happens there ?

How many micro ohms would be a pellet of silver of the same dimensions?

well with all the info he provides, it wont be hard to duplicate his test and confirm or reject this finding. If this isnt superconductivity, i wonder if that steep change in slope on his graph could be a memristor type/like anomaly, that would be much less significant then room temp superconductors but still cool.

The lack of any additional postings after Dec 2011 would suggest that the discovery might be hard to duplicate.

He did mention the need for interference layers ie the material simply doesen't form if the chemicals are mixed together.

I'd like to know if he attempted to improve the performance by additional annealing steps as this might be a way to get a higher useable fraction.
