lead acid battery desulfator

 		need to recondition some sealed lead acid batteries lying around my house.
they can only charge up to 12.8v and drops to 12.5v over night even if i just let it sit there
right now i planning to make a simple simple desulfator
what frequency and duty cycle will I need? square or triangle wave?
