Question about precise Current measurement tools (~10kA range)

I'm in search of the possibly "best" Current monitor / Rogowski coil on today's market.
My question would be: Is there any alternative to a Pearson Electronics current monitor ? (For pulsed current application. In our experiment, we are trying to measure the current of a 100-200kV "fast" discharge into a load of around 10 ohms, underwater)
Ion physics corp, offers similar. But that device's usable risetime for the 20kA range is longer. (preferably 20ns or lower)
We also consider the use of Rogowski coil, for it's inherit greater frequency range at the cost of measurement accuracy (sensitivity to conductor placement) and the need for an active integrator.

This paper describes a coaxial capacitive divider for fast pulse measurement with a 10Ω water line and might be helpful.

Don't coaxial shunts operate in that range? (Although I can't quickly find a manufacturer, Haefely's cage shunts get close but not quite.)

Took me a while to recover the odd name to search for:
Current Viewing Resistors.

For example, the K-2000-4 from T & M Research Products. Link2
2.5 milliohm shunt, so 10 kA would give you 25 volt output.
48 MHz bandwidth; 8 ns risetime.

E_max = 2000 J, so it could handle an impulse of 800,000 A^2.s
(for example, 10 kA for 8 whole milliseconds).
If 6 AWG wire can handle the pulse without insulation damage, so can that CVR.
I don't know if the CVR also has a current limit due to Lorentz forces.

Years ago I toyed with the design of a high-bandwidth coaxial resistor,
using a thin-walled cylinder of stainless steel as the resistive element.
A patent search might be in order.
A 1/400 ohm shunt resistor must have ESL on the order of 20 pH to have a L/R time constant that short (without frequency compensation). Perhaps compensation is the practical art, just like scope probes.
