Anyway I got a 1.3KW Single phase (I thought UK is 3 phase), anyway I have yet to open it, I doubt I'm going to use the transformer as I don't want to kill myself, I'll post some pics of it later.

UK is single phase 240v in domestic property's, farms and big buildings usually have 415v three phase.

Ahh right, I got a 600W rated (looks bigger than 600w though) MOT at 2490v, not sure current, but I can us e ohms law for that, anyway and a 2400v 0.86uF MOT capacitor, also a bunch of other stuff, and a very large relay, could I use the wire in a relay for a tesla coil, because there is ALOT of wire on it, but I'm not sure if it's too thin.
Ohh and I got 2 lamp drivers, and 2 florescent lamps, they say something like 8W, and 75W, so I don;t knoe about that, do they output HV for the lamp, or is it lower voltage?

Well the wire on my current coil is quite thick.
The MOT can arc to about 2inches, and no more. I like the sound of it compared to flybacks.
I tried to use the 2.4KV 0.86uF cap in my SGTC, but I charged it with 10KV (I heard that they can take that) but it was crap.

I would make a secondary for a tesla coil with the wiring from a fan, lots of very thin turns.
Well I threw the fan, it wasn't the average fan...anyway I have a relay with so many turns, I could make a few small coils, my current coil has pretty thickish wire from a CRT, it is quite thick for a Tesla coil anyway.
