The amplifier in action, and the schematic below:
HOWEVER, instead of the 6EW7, I substituted and used a 6FQ7 tube. The 6EW7 I have is worn out and doesn't amplify anymore. I'm using a 25k to 3.5 ohm impedence matching transformer as well, and the sound quality is really good coming out of the speaker!

A bad grid connection... I just resoldered the connection and now there's no oscillations, hum, or clicky noises. With no input, the speaker is quiet as can be.
