Hey Guys,
its time to show the progress from my little sstc.
First, i have build the oscillator, it´s a oscillator mit two
TLC555, one works as an oscillator the other works as an interupter.
Next steps are:
build gdt-driver, gdt and the output stage.
I am still in consider to build a dual or a quad outputstage with the IRFP460´s mosfets,
or IGBT´s like HGTG20N60B3D.
I think the HGTG20N60B3D works better as the mosfet.
There are pictures from the oszilloscope.
After the output from the oscilloscope i need a schmitt trigger to make the square wave better.
