Hey, if i am building a car, and i need it to speed and my engine is at the back of the car. Is it better to place a weight at the front or the back of the car so that it can speed??

Depends on one's interpretation of the verb "to speed".
Do you mean "to be traveling faster than the speed limit" ? What other definition applies, in the context of a toy car? I intend no disrespect, if English isn't your first language.
What physical limit on your toy's "speed" do you wish to ease by adding weight? For example, lifting of front wheels during rapid acceleration, or spinning out on curves? Our guesses can be better if you tell us more about the size, weight, and power of your car.

Hmm... sorry. i shall be more specific :S
I am building a toy car and i need it to go as fast as possible. I do not know how fast it can go yet because I am yet to build its chasis. And toy car does not have speed limit because it does not drive on the road and there is no traffic police to halt it. hahahahahaha. ok. sorry :S
Hence, before i can build the chasis, i need to know the best position to place a load. Should it be at the front of the car, in the middle of the car or at the back of the car? My toy car's racing track will be a smooth straight line and a nice 10 degree slope. I do not think there is any importance to specify the dimensions of the car. haha :p
(hahaha i lost count the number of times i checked my reply for grammatical errors :S)
