Not sure about the caps, but the transformer looks like a tapped MOT. Could be wrong. O_O

I've had electrolytics like this, where one terminal is negative, and the others are positive, like three capacitors in one package.

One I had even had different values.

I can't guarantee that this is what yours is, but yours seems to only have one negative terminal.

I cant help you much with the transformer, it looks likea normal iron core one though.

As for your cap, check the capacitence (if you have a meter) i think your cap as three 1.15uF caps (1, 2 and 3)inside it all tied in common with the (-) pin. if all three have the same capacitence then youll also have to check for continuity, none of the pins 1,2 or 3 should be low in resistance if there are 3 caps inside.

The caps have 4 lugs so they can be secured to a pcb without rocking. Something
has to hold the metal can in place. You wouldn't it launching itself. amazed

thats why i suggested the continuity check between pins 1, 2 and 3, internallly they may be seperate plates, or all tied to the case.

when i connected - and 1 pin it showed increasing resistance. i tested continuity but nothing showed up.
i charged it with a 4 volt battery through - and 1 pins. it discharged through the same pins. but the discharge time was very long. i think it is because of low volts.
