Doorknob Capacitor Polarity

Hi, I have 16 high voltage doorknob capacitors. They read 18KV DC, but I dont know wich side is the positive. On one side the screw terminal is flush with the capacitor the other side the screw terminal is raised (PICTURE). Is the raised terminal the positive?

These are typically not polarized, but the raised terminal is typically positive.

The only capacitor that really is "dc" only would be electrolytics (and supercaps) , as far as I know...
