Start by disconnecting the control circuitry and try running the ZVS by itself- this will allow you to isolate the problem. Let us know how that turns out and we'll go from there.

The ZVS driver works perfect.
The leds function which means the transistors have to be switching right?
Its just not stopping when it reaches a target voltage.
I will look at where it samples the voltage.
EDIT: I think it works :D But, i dont think its holding the gates low enough.
It will charge quickly then it will get to about 370v and go much slower ( the charger is capable of 800v) then when it get to 400 it go's about 5v every second (really slow), but never shuts off.

If your problem is that the charger isn't reaching 800V, it sounds like your transformer doesn't have enough turns on the secondary. Since the voltage never reaches the cutoff, it never shuts off.

what i meant by 800v volts was that, it has plenty of power. My target voltage is 400v.
I looked at it again and noticed some thins so i fixed them but still no luck, when i turn it on (the charging switch) in the circuit it just gives me a solid green light, if i disconnect it the other led comes on.

I was able to successfully build this circuit, but like you I ran into some troubles with the control circuitry. Let's work to further isolate the problem. Disconnect the output of the left side comparator from the base of the 2N3904, then:
1. Check the inverting (-) pin. It should be at 2.5 volts due to the TL431. Is it?
2. Watch the non-inverting (+) pin of the same comparator as you charge. When it exceeds 2.5 volts, the comparator output should go from around 1V to around 12V. Does that happen?

You'll have to go back and forth, stopping and restarting charging as necessary. The goal is to see what happens to the output when the + pin goes higher than the - pin.
Is the - pin at 2.5 volts? I'll need to know this if I'm going to be able to help you.
Also, the charging should occur when the switch is open and stop when the switch is closed.
