I was wondering, in a hypothetical situation, if one was to connect the HV output of one MOT to the primary of another, what would happen? I thought it would provide a high voltage output, but my knowledge of transformers is limited, and I don't have another MOT to try it out. Sorry for the stupid question, I'm new here.

You'd probably kill yourself.
Firstly, the insulation wouldn't take it, and it would short out.
Even if the insulation survived (which it won't) I think you'd have too many volts per turn for the core, but I'm still trying to understand this myself.

A blown fuse/breaker and a silly grin .
for sinewave ac at fixed frequency, commercial transformers are near the safe limits at rated voltage or less. Just a moderate increase above rated voltage results in large currents due to saturation of the magnetic core. Google 'transformer'

Hmm MOT's really aren't very versatile, 'Do it my way or I'll kill you. Or burn your house down.' I'll stick to making arcs for now, thanks for the help everyone!

Probably nothing would happen and the first MOT would start smoking soon. Maybe the second MOT would produce a higher voltage, but low current and much smaller arcs than a single MOT alone.
