Negative voltage buck converter. Seems to be easy to build, i'll give it a shot when I get a chance.

 		Drawing 1.8A @ 12v to supply ~120 mA to your load might be a tad on the inefficient side.

maybe if it wasnt shorting out the supply with the left most fet :o)

I'm also not seeing how it generates the negative voltage, but could just be me having an off day.

 		That appears to be a boost converter with the rectifying diode flipped. If you were using ideal components in the simulation you would be getting no negative voltage, but capacitance in the fet, and the diode may be letting you catch some negative voltage from the ringing down of the inductor. Transpose your fet and your inductor and you have a buckboost converter
Link2 which would give you your negative voltage.
