any value. i always just make my own with a big toroid from a computer power supply and some thick wire.

I imagine that if i wind 2 18 AWG enameled wires together will do the job (9A current rated).

EDIT: for the resonant capacitor i have a 0.68uF/400V one. Can i use this instead of the 4uF cspacitor?
